⚠️ Epsom salt note

Epsom salts contain magnesium, which has been linked to bowel issues including loose stools and diarrhoea. If you use Epsom salts and are experiencing gut symptoms, ask your doctor whether magnesium could be a contributing factor.

Welcome to FODMAP Tracker

Built for people managing IBS and digestive sensitivities, FODMAP Tracker gives you a clear picture of what you’re eating, how you’re moving, and how you feel — day by day. The more you log, the clearer your triggers become.

How it works

Your Day — Food, Hydration, Activity
Log everything you eat and drink, and note any exercise. Each entry gets an instant FODMAP level based on its ingredients.
How You’re Feeling
Log your symptoms each morning. These are linked to the previous day’s intake — because FODMAP reactions often show up 12–24 hours later.
History
See each day’s food, hydration, and activity alongside how you felt the next morning. Over time, patterns become obvious.
Insights
Your top trigger ingredients, most common symptoms, and a 30-day severity chart — all built from your own data. Tap any row to filter the journal to those entries.
Medications
Track what you take alongside your food and symptoms. Tap the gear icon → Settings → scroll to Medications to add or archive entries. They’re included in your exported backup so your dietitian sees the full picture.

Your data & privacy

Where is my data stored?
All data is stored only on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere. Ever.
I switched devices and my data is gone.
Use Settings to export a backup before switching, then import it on your new device.
How do I share with my dietitian or doctor?
Export a backup from Settings, or simply show them your History and Insights screens during your appointment.
Why do calories look a bit off?
Macros use standard nutrient densities per 100g. Adjust the gram amounts to match your actual serving size for more accurate numbers.
